High-Definition Trinocular Microscopes: Essential for microsoldering. We work on components smaller than a grain of sand, replacing 0201-sized capacitors and rebuilding torn pads on multi-layer PCBs.
Professional Thermal Imaging (Infrared): We use high-resolution thermal cameras to “see” heat. This allows us to find shorted components on a 19V rail in seconds—faults that standard shops would spend hours hunting for.
Precision Soldering & Hot Air Stations (Weller/Atten): Medical-grade soldering equipment ensures we apply the exact temperature required to desolder chips without damaging the delicate surrounding traces or “popcorning” the PCB.
Oscilloscopes & Logic Analyzers: When a laptop has power but no “brain activity,” we use oscilloscopes to check the communication between the BIOS, Super I/O, and CPU. If a signal is missing, we find out why.
Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaning: For liquid damage recovery, we use a multi-stage ultrasonic bath with specialized chemicals to strip away corrosion from underneath BGA chips where a brush can’t reach.
